No cover on Sunday from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Show Times: Continuous shows Thursday-Sunday 9 p.m. until closing. General Information: Dancers dance on the bar, on various stages around the room, and inside a glass walled shower. Dancers are free to wear as much or as little as they like, but most are fully nude (with the exception of socks). Touching is officially limited to discrete contact above the waist and below the knees. Most dancers will allow more (within limits) depending on the crowd and depending on how much you tip. Some of the dancers are available for private shows. Tipping: Allowed and encouraged. Just walk up to the dancer you like, say hello, and start stuffing their socks. Most people tip $1 or $2 at a time. Larger tips usually get a much better reaction from the dancers. Refreshments: Full bar Facilities: Seating is provided at the bar, but otherwise the club is standing room only, with no semi-private areas, and very few dark corners. Type of Dancer: Twinks to bodybuilders. Most of the dancers are employed part- or full-time by the bar, but sometimes a hot guy will be recruited from the audience to make his debut on the spot. baltimore observer Posted February 16, 2009 Author Share Posted February 16, 2009 Ziegfelds/Secrets reopened February 19, 2009, in DC Ziegfelds - drag shows on first floor - Fri/Sat/Sun nights at 11 PM, with Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Ross, Monet Dupree, Xavier Onassis Bloomingdale, many others Secrets - second floor. 20 nude male dancers, on 3 stages, 3 bars, 2 platforms. Huge dance floor, many couches and comfortable chairs. Shower in VIP seating area. Tipping only in the boys' socks, no touching, no lap dances. Dancers begin at 9 PM Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Cover $10, includes $1 drink coupon. Must be 21 to enter - they check all ID's, even of 82-year-olds. address: 1824 Half Street, SW, Washington, DC - several blocks west of the old location, and in the shadow of the new Washington Nationals stadium.
