I have been to montreal my last two vacations. Had a great time. Even met a really nice, hot boy on the first trip who in turn spent most of the time on my second trip with me. Now I just found out that he has a new boyfriend so will not be able to continue spending as much (or as "intense") time with me if i return there for next vacation. So now i am not sure if i want to go back to montreal in Sept/oct or try some place new. Does anyone have any ideas on other fun vacation spots where a true penis afficianado can go (alone) and have as much fun as montreal? I have checked into Rio, but the cost to get there is currently more than i want to spend. Same for thailand and amsterdam. Things i especially like about montreal...stripper boys showing EVERYTHING and having private dances, the ease and affordability of hiring escorts, the central, easy to navigate and very friendly gay village and gay tolerance. Of course the use of the English language there is a plus too. I do speak some spanish if that makes a difference.

Also, for what it is worth, does anyone know around what time Northwest airlines generally starts offering its "Fall cash and miles" combination fares? I made several calls to NWA, but no one there would give me any clue. Thanks to BGP, I have been able to get a decent amount of miles saved up (but not enough for a completely free ticket).

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions, hints, help

Well I tell ya-I have been getting really good fares to bothe Buenos Aires and Rio in my inbox from both United and American-I will also private you with some other ideas,Byt I reccomend anyone interested in trave sign up to get weekly emails from the airlines they frequent.

Also faretracker on travelocity,Yahoo or AOL is a great travel tool.Sometimes it is very frustrating(the fares can be limmited in time or dissapear quickly)but I have saved big bucks with this tool.

Rio is beautiful and you can find very descent fares. Varig is an okay airline and is rather cheap.

the best fare i have found to rio lately (from tucson or phx) is 900+$, then it would cost another 100$ for visa.. so it is still over 1000$ just to to get there..I am hoping that nwa will bring back its cash + miles program for fall.. In the spring time, with only 10,000 miles, I could get a RT ticket for 48 US or Canada for only $109. That would allow mucho money for nice hotel and "extras" (meaning BOYZ).. Thanks for the ideas so far, gentlemen.. keep the suggestions coming..

If you go to Delta's website, they offer a business class fare to Sao Paulo for around $1250 if you book online there. You have to go into their specials section to get the fare. It's only about $100 more than Coach on Delta.

Hotels in Sao Paulo are dirt cheap with lots of decent rooms available for $50-$75 per night. Hotel Bourbon is popular though some think the streets aren't safe around it. It's all gay all the time. The Blue Tree Paulista is nice. The Renaissance Sao Pualo can be had for around $150 US per night if you seek luxury.

Lagoa awaits you!
