Welcome to the 5th PICTURE WEDNESDAY, or, we can call this the PICTURE WEDNESDAY that almost wasn’t!

 

My stars! What drama over the past week and change! Evildoers tried to silence me. Apparently my USE was very UNacceptable. Rhona Barrets also tried to club me in my knees. I felt like Nancy Carrigan. The shame and the horror of it all!

 

However, whenever there is a black cloud over metropolis there is always a hero to save the day and the dainty damsel. Rendie is my hero! He came through with a list deluxe of image hosters! BRAVO to my hero!

 

So, in order to celebrate the “5th PICTURE WEDNESDAY that almost wasn’t” you are getting 2 for 1!

 

For our first featured fellow let us go back in time to November 29, 2004. It seemed that several people were having difficulty finding pics of dancer #7. They appeared to have surfaced this week!

So .... a fello ST fan. Awesome. Though I am not a hardcore Trekkie I do have STNG, STDS9 and STVoyager all on DVD. I am waiting for season 7 to come out. I also wrote an erotic story involving the characters of Harry Kim and Tom Paris.

Not enough :9 BUT here is a little tour!

 

The owner of a 95-year-old theater in Boston that was an African-American hotspot in the 1920s may demolish it to make way for an apartment building.

On April 22, despite preservationists' efforts to protect the Gaiety Theatre, the Boston Landmarks Commission did not grant landmark status to the building, clearing the path to its demolition.

On September 5th, 1959, the building caught fire again, this time owned by Chippins and the section directly next to the Gaiety Theater was undergoing extensive renovations. It caught fire in the early morning hours, about 3:00 AM, completely burning out the new section in a very spectacular fire. Firefighters were able to prevent the spread into the section by the Barker House Alley.
