From an escort selection point of view, within the US, New York and LA are in a class by themselves. From a weather point of view LA wins, unless you can wait till May. One step down in escort availability we have Las Vegas, Miami, San Diego; and they are all one step up in the weather dept. Next is probably San Fran. Outside the US London seems to be have the best selection of reviewed escorts, but Rio has been touted as a hot destination. Perhaps a little closer and a lot colder Montreal and Toronto have a good selection of strip bars, and Vancouver, of course, has at least one contender.

Fort Lauderdale has a wide selection of escorts under $200 and an active street scene.

Wilton Manors, like West Hollywood, is a gay city within the metro area.

The weather gets better as we approach spring but is never frosty.

Go to the Greek Islands of the Aegean or the Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Majorca, Mallorca) of Spain.

Rio and São Paulo and just about any other major Brazilian metropolis.

 

Let's also not overlook Madrid and Barcelona! Madrid can be cold in the winter, but Barcelona is usually mild. See the recent review on the Thermas Barcelona in the reviews section. Prices are practically South American.

If your two main criteria are great weather in late March or early April, and a large selection of escorts, you're probably looking at Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Rio de Janeiro average 12 rainy days and 5.1 inches of rain in March (and 74% humidity), so you'd be taking a chance. It's also a wet month for Sydney (14 rainy days, 5.0 inches of rain). The only other city I could think of for nice weather with a good selection of escorts is probably Melbourne, which has an average high of 75F, 9 days of rain, 2.1 inches of rain, and 51% humidity in March. Miami has average high of 78F, 7 days of rain, 2.5 inches of rain, and 77% humidity.

Overall, Ft L is a large Florida city with a very large gay element. There are dozens of bars, gay restaurants, shops, etc.

 

The beach at Sebastian St. is predominantly gay and there is a gay guest house/hote district nearby.
