I'm spending a boring day working on the old I R S files and came up with a potential means of tax relief. Perhaps there are those with expertise in the area willing to offer assistance. If I spend several evenings in the coming year with Mr. Munroe will I be able to deduct the expense as "contributing to the upkeep of a National Monument"? What do you think?

The rehab credit would only fly if the expense exceeds 3% of your AGI, and that Mr. Munro is registered with the DEA and USDA.
