I just tried including a picture in a posting by including the full URL, but nothing happens. Has there been a change in the protocol for including pictures?

Also, is there any way this site can accommodate pictures uploaded from posters' own computers? I'm sure lots of us have pictures we'd like to share.

Posting pictures

First you'll need to find a web site to host the image. We don't allow user to upload images to our server for security and liability issues.

1) Create your message by pressing "Post"

2) make sure that the "Message Format" checkbox is unchecked.

3) Write your message and include the full url to the image.

http://babydb.male4malescorts.com/images/redcross_asia.gif

was entered as "http: //babydb.male4malescorts.com/images/redcross_asia.gif".

Notice: I put space in after "http:" so that you could see the syntax of the url. Be sure to remove the space for the image to show up.

Regards,

Daddy

With the new board, we have yet another new technique for posting pictures. You still need the URL, but the URL alone isn't enough. You have to surround it in the %5B/noparse%5D%20tag.

Look at the very bottom of this page for a box with links that will take you to exact instructions.

Photobucket

The simplest way to share images on the MC is to use Photobucket for image hosting. You can search for appropriate images that others have already uploaded or upload images from your computer. There are a variety of ways to get images from the internet onto your computer, such as right click>save picture as, copy & paste, or drag & drop. Photobucket provides you with the full link code for every image that you or someone else has uploaded to insert it directly into forums. Finally, it is always best to preview your post prior to submission to ensure that your image has been reproduced optimally, as sometimes cropping or resizing may be desirable.
