There's a thread buried in the forums somewhere about the first guy I ever picked up, on a street downtown (he was making eye-contact with cars). I also think I saw one or two guys open to approach downtown in the pedestrian areas around the casinos and Freemont St, but be careful, they could also be vice. BGP has many tales of picking up guys down on their luck or just horny in casinos, but he's on a trip last I heard.

 

If you decide to go up a step and hire from Rentboy be careful. Many of the guys working know they don't need to put in any effort or worry about return customers because the massive tourist turnover, so it's really best to stick to reviewed guys. Here's a recent thread with recommendations...
