Another HollyWOOD report...

Had a fun time... started with a hookup with a guy I found on CL, I lured him onto the board and highly recommend him for great incall oral:

Then went to the Hooville brunch, which was fun, as always. Sat across from the gorgeous Scott Adler, and it is nice to eat at a place in WeHo where the food is actually good occasionally.

 

Afterwards I of course went on 'patrol' (the sacrafices I make for my loyal readers... ;o). I was hoping the street would be swimming in hotties since it was such a nice day after so many days of crap weather.

Instead it was mostly the usual mix, a black drag queen or two, a couple hot guys who probably were just waiting for the bus, an older white guy who would've caught my interest as a free hookup on CL or in a 'spa'... but there was a little something extra out as well (and best of all they both had their shirts off). One was a black guy with a great defined 'jock' body, seemed a touch effeminate but not quite flaming (just guessing from his 'stance' on various passes), and a hot looking bodybuilder-type very light skinned black guy. I've been craving a manly musclestud lately, so I circled around him for a gooood look, got the willpower to go off in search of something else to do, saw him again later and picked him up for a ride... as I suspected he wasn't interested in bottoming and was a little incredulous that I wasn't interested in his claimed 10" cock, I gave him a ride to where he was going and dropped him off.

 

Also stopped by Spotlight, parking was easy on a Sunday afternoon (as long as the farmer's market isn't going...), nothing much to see in the bar as usual. I'm a little surprised its always so dead, but maybe I'm the only one that still goes in there with the possibility of hiring in the (very) back of my mind.

I guess I'll post the latest, which I was going to skip since it wasn't all that exciting... (though I did find another great CL guy)

 

When I went last weekend (think it was another afternoon,) I saw nothing of note.

 

Was in th area and figured I'd try for a different time yesterday: Friday evening starting around 7. Nothing at first, then I noticed a very average looking guy near Orange. Decided to check Numbers for the hell of it, saw one working guy (eh, would be fine for SMVB prices), there was also another guy who I wasn't sure about... he looked damn good. Went back down SMB on my way out of towm, noticed a more interesting (though it was starting to get dark) guy at the corner w/ that red U-shaped building. Also swung by Spotlight, nothing special inside though there was one cute guy outside, but his attention was soley on his friend (most likely the source of his next hit).

'Prime time' report...

 

I've been in the Hollywood area a lot lately for other things, but after I'm done I try to see if there's anything of interest to this forum. (I swear that's my only motivation )

 

Last night (Saturday) I got into the area around 11 and cruised it 'till about 12:30, and I saw exactly 2 guys and 1 (latina) drag queen. One of the guys was latin, sitting on a bus bench well east of even Vine, in a hooded sweatshirt, making obvious eye contact. Couldn't tell crap about his build of course and I'm about done with the latin male hustler game--the way so many seem to have of doing just about everything they can to imply they're vers. or even saying they bottom, then the Oscar (ok, maybe only Golden Globes) wining performance of shock and surprise that you could ask macho them to do such a thing after you've paid for the room... I guess I'll stick to the board when I want a hot latino and no BS.

The other guy showed a touch of promise, a little older then the average street tweaker and didn't look much like a hustler, kinda cute, tall and thin, pulling a massive black roller bag behind him, made pretty obvious eye contact but I kept going, by the time I looped back he was gone.

That was it, so the results are much like all the other times recently. I searched the area pretty well, I think, nothing on Lexington and not even homeless on the street one block south of SMB.

If there're hustlers in Hollywood I can't find them anymore. Of course there was no cheap way to park anywhere near Spotlight on a Saturday night, didn't bother with Numbers.

 

It also occurred to me that the miniscule selection isn't the worst part. The police crackdown is doubly effective because now it's never the same guy(s) out there more then once. Even without cell phone numbers I used to see the same guys out there again and again, and if I tried one out and liked him it was pretty easy to find him again and again on later trips. Now, even with a cell phone number I can't get in touch with past favorites, and there's certainly nothing out that's got me excited to try something new, if there's anything out at all.
