I will be in Palm Springs later this month and I’m looking for recommendations for a really good sensual/erotic massage (with “extras” – mutual touching and beyond). Of course, the masseur should be nude, nice build, preferably mature (30 or older) and based in PS.

I have searched the archives, but most of the links no longer work. Some I have found are:

http://www.chrisvargo.com - Looks good but cannot tell if he does what I want.

http://www.massagem4m.com/masseur.cfm?id=11712

http://www.massagem4m.com/masseur.cfm?id=10569

http://www.massagem4m.com/masseur.cfm?id=12038

http://www.massagem4m.com/masseur.cfm?id=10102

Thanks for your help. Please respond here or send me a message.

One of the creepiest massage experiences I ever had was in Palm Springs. It was with Joaquin, who advertises "treat yourself like a king." He just didn't tell me that the Queen Mother would be hovering outside the door, making him very nervous, and not allowing for any "extras." Not a great massage, either.

Chris Vargo looks hot.

I tried two massuers while I was in Palm Springs. David Oakes gave a really good massage with extras...he is on Massagem4m. I also tried Matthew Rahman...his hybrid massage was also very good...kind of spoiled me...alot of intimacy and a massage well done.

RE: Matthew

I'd just like to point out that he is a Sacred Intimate trained by the Body Electric school. (As I hope to be in about two years when my training is finished.) I keep telling you guys to watch for that as a barometer (though not the only one, of course) signalling a really good Tantric massage.

RE: Sacred Intimacy

Have you looked over the list of classes from Body Electric? It is, after all, a school. Their web site is http://www.bodyelectric.org . I don't mind answering your question, but sometimes it is better to get the answer directly from the horse's mouth, as they say. And they do have a movie (Making Love for the Whole World to See, $29.95) which shows SIs at work.

And, anyway, I am not sure I know the completely correct answer. There is one Sacred Intimate (SI) who is based here in Houston, but he doesn't accept many clients any more, and I never was able to get him to talk seriously about me hiring him. There is another one who visits Houston one weekend a month and it happens to usually be the weekend that the local CBE (Celebrating the Body Electric - BE's first, most basic course) graduates get together and do free massage on each other. (And I am half Scots.) So, I have never had the services of an SI myself.

One on one anyway. There have been SI assistants at the more advanced Body Electric courses which I have taken.

I will get total immersion in services from SIs when I take the In The Garden class this August and get a one on one session with different SIs once or twice a day.

OK - my current version of the answer to your question - An SI is a fully trained Body Electric practitioner. It is the result of taking around five or six of their classes. To take the culminating course, you have to have an interview with the head of the school and be accepted as a student in it. There are other Tantric bodyworkers around the country who believe that their curriculum vitae qualify them to call themselves SIs. And many full SIs recognize the validity of their claims. I would doubt if the school agrees, but I have never heard them say anything official on the subject. So, you might want to ask your SI about his training before you hire him. If he doesn't know the meaning of the phrase "Wildwood Mountain", then he isn't a school recognized one. (Check their web site for that answer.)

There are many different services besides erotic bodywork which an SI can perform. They can, for example, help you create and act out a ritual which will help you with whatever you need for it to, since you have made it for yourself. They are also sometimes referred to as "midwives to the dieing" as they have ways of bringing comfort and dignity to seriously ill gay men. They are adept, some more so than others, at what BE calls Power, Surrender and Intimacy, which is a very sharing form of safe and sane BDSM.

Hey, this is getting really long. It's probably too late to keep from TMIing interested lurkers into oblivion. What can I say, it's one of my favorite subjects. If I have left you with any questions, and I hope that I have, please start another thread with them. Don't want to hijack this one too severely and I think it deserves its own thread.

Namaste!
