As a long time DC resident, I have tried to find the type of masseur you are looking for. The best I have found is Jeff at http://www.jeff-massage.com/ . He is cute and well built, an excellent masseur, his rates are reasonable, and, at least for me, provides extras.

I travel frequently to DC from Orlando and try to see Jeff every time I'm in town. I've been seeing him and experiencing his wonderful hands for several years now. Jeff is very professional -- friendly, and he knows what he's doing to massage all the muscles -- Swedish, deep massage, soothing, etc. Upon request, he'll do it in the buff and the "extras" include release. I think he's cuter in person than his pictures; but, he does have a good build and takes care of his body. I recommend him highly.
