Uniforms in Brazil

I have been an avid reader of this forum and particularly the Brazilian threads for the past few months. I've enjoyed them so much so that I have decided to spend my vacation this March in Rio and perhaps other cities rather than in Spain and Portugal as I had originally planned.

 

I've learned much about the saunas and agencies and plan to experience them, but I'd like some information about men in uniform in Brazil, in particular, military guys.

 

Has anyone here had any encounters with military men in Brazil? Are there any cities/towns with large military populations (e.g. like San Diego and Honolulu here in the US)with horny soldiers/sailors searching for action? Are there any popular hangouts (saunas, bars, etc.) in Rio or other cities that are frequented by them? Are military guys in Brazil approachable or should they be avoided? (are they corrupt types like the police in Mexico)

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

The Brazilian Navy Hosted us when I was in the US Navy at RIO there were some hotties although I didn't partake then would love to now. Most of the South American Countries have a good Naval Force if nothing else. I loved Chile and Ecuador just to name a few. HUGS Chuck

I also love men in uniform and had picked up some in Downtown Rio.

 

You can go to the Central Navy headquarter for a visit. It's at the end of Avenida 1º de Março and pretend you're there for some informations about ship cruises. Go to the next building in the back of the main one, where there are lockers for 5 different hierarquies. Soldiers, Sargents, Liutenants, Capitains...

You can go there pretending you're going to the bathroom and then you can see them changing clothes and some having shower. But, don't stay so long; they might be suspicious. If you're lucky you can pick up one of them.

 

Also, if you like policeman, you can go to a bar in front of the main Policemen headquarter, in Rua Frei Caneca, where they drink ( not alcoholic beverages ) and talk and some cruise. Very erotick. If you speak portuguese, things will be much easier for you.

One of our posters reported having a pretty hot experience with the military officer who was his tour guide of the fortress at the Ipanema end of Copacabana (at Arpoador).

 

Brasilia has had a reputation for lots of men in uniform, because it's the capital and recruits have often been sent there for training. There are periodic scandals about the Presidential Guard selling themselves for beer money! The military is grossly underpaid, especially the recruits, so on their days off (Wednesdays and weekends) they can be found looking for new friends at the Conjunto Nacional shopping center (at the point where the wings and the fuselage of the city's design meet), mainly around the food court and the toilets, and at the little bars and toilets of the Rodoviária (local bus station) right across the street. Needless to say, excercise some caution. However, I know of people who managed to have a very festive evening for the price of a six-pack! ;-)

 

Brazil in general is crawling with men in uniform, because the main police force in evidence in each state is the "Polícia Militar" (not to be confused with the American-style Military Police, which is something different). The PM are the general uniformed police in Brazil. There are hot PMs all over the place, and in some states their uniforms seem to come right out of a spray can, they're so form-fitting! If you see one who's hot, and he's alone, and you can manage some Portuguese, it doesn't hurt to try a subtle cruise. If you get a flicker of interest, you can pursue it. You can always try the line a European acquaintance of mine tried on the PMs patrolling Boa Viagem beach in Recife: "So which is bigger, your gun or your dick?" :7 He was led away to the toilet of a nearby beachfront restaurant for a hands-on comparison test. . .

Seriously, we're talking about Brazil, where there's hardly such a thing as a completely straight male. Get somebody interested, in private, where his friends/relatives won't be seeing him, and a surprising amount may happen. Men in uniform are no exception.
