What about the bar with stripper GASOIL? Do you know it and what is it like? I went there about 2 yrs ago, but nothing started till 2am, which was just too late for me.

 

I am going to BA in October so any info would be helpful.

Gasoil is still going, as far as I know, but you're right, it doesn't get started until VERY late. However, Roberto says there's another, newer place that's good; I believe it's on Anchorena where the old "Manhattan" used to be.

CORRECTION: I've been notified by one of my deep-throat sources in Buenos Aires that the festive "Gasoil" is closed, thanks to the economic crisis. The same owners apparently also own "Punto G" on Anchorena which has strippers (many of the same hunks who worked at "Gasoil"); the exact address is above in RobertoBA's posting.

 

"Punto G" is in the location of the former "Manhattan," on Anchorena between Av. Santa Fé and Charcas (the first street parallel to Santa Fé going away from the river). It's about 2/3 of the way down the block towards Charcas, on the left, downstairs.
