Info has it that Villa Gianni is going through a updating right now, construction workers at the entrance and front rooms, but place is still open for 'evening' (after 6PM) business.

Sorry I typed in his address and then checked it later. Although you cannot get him directly, I have him on my Gaydar "Favorites" list and there is a note against the thumbnail that he is not available til mid October and gives a Polish email address so he has probably suspended his account (the charge for commercial is monthly I believe) He has probably gone home for a holiday so I am a bit wary of giving that email address out.
