I have been to both countries, but the last time was in 1996. I had no experience with escorts because I was travelling with my then-boyfriend, but I can tell you something. Madrid has maybe the most tolerant gay life I have ever seen: the bars are very cruisy and animated (and never get going until well after midnight). I know less of Seville (quieter) and nothing of Marbella. The real place to go in Spain is Ibiza, and there are lots of boats to take you there--great gay resorts and some of the best nude beaches in the world. Sitges near Barcelona is similar. Morocco is complex: on the one hand it is a Muslim country, but you will be constantly bombarded where ever you go by young guys offering 'something'. Tangier is the most western city: Fez and Marrakech are both lovely and mysterious. You will be safe, but you need to always be on guard--and the Moroccans are lovely!

Well, I am very jet-lagged from a fun trip to Spain. In Madrid, I found the Plaza sauna, and the Adan sauna to be places of interest to the readers of this site. I do not recommend Plaza, the emphasis there seems to be how fast they can get the money out of your hands. The Adan isn't so different, but some of the boys are beautiful. An onsite encounter runs about $30.

In Barcelon, Thermas sauna is definitely the place to be. Very good looking boys, two of whom I had the pleasure to spend some time with. One experience was a "once in a lifetime" thrill, the other was okay....the boy was beautiful, but sure needed some experience.

In Madrid the Black and White Bar in the Chueca District is a must. The guys in the bar from Portugal are nearly all gorgeous and can be had for $100 US. The bar is a virtual treat for the eyes. (Watch out for the Moroccans as a friend of mine was beat up and robbed by a Moroccan boy- drug use seems high among them). The Portugese are poor but honest and a fellow named Bruno was one of the most gorgeous hustlers I've ever seen.
