Some escort in Dallas is using my photo in his ad on craigslist. I've already contacted craigslist to have it taken down, but from what I've heard, I don't know how responsive they are to such complaints.

try emailing complaint "attention legal department" and use words such as "my client has asked my assistance in having any images of him removed from your website" etc. etc. This has worked for me before, although i also emailed it to the pic-stealer so not sure who pulled the ad. Obviously if you use language like that, the email address should not be apparent that it's you

Thanks...if it happens again, I will do just that. In the email I sent him, I asked him to "cease and desist" from using my image. He didn't reply but I guess it worked. I see that, even though craigslist told me they had taken the ad down, it is still there, but he has now replaced my pic (it was my full body) with someone else's cock pic.
