I presume today's review of "Michael Love" in Ft. Lauderdale is a joke. Or at least the photo is. If somebody really paid this guy for sex, we should all get in the business.

I don't know if it is a joke or not - If so he went to the

trouble of building a full website.

I guess if you ever wondered what happened to older escorts

who did not transition gracefully or older hairdresser who

got arthritis - Now you know!

I don't think it as a joke...

there is a guy on M$R that many would just toss aside.. but his personality and interests have a following...

Some time you need to look past the dick and or body.... even even if you pay for it...

Just how shallow can one be?

Posted

Oh in terms of paying an escort I'm really shallow. I like big dicks, bubble butts, handsome men, defined, muscular bodies, and a man who knows how to use his physical assets. I appreciate it if he's pleasant and focused on participating in the sex too. But if I want to discuss Proust or exchange opera recordings, I don't pay an escort.

LOL - What are the choices?:9 :9

There have been uglier escorts reviewed on this site. But he's definitely not one of the most handsome... :+

I thought the funniest part was when the reviewer described him as "slim", ignoring the pack of blubber on his abdomen and ass.

I don't understand why we all should be attracted to the same kind of men, even for hiring one.

I like muscular, masculine and mature, I don't like young, slim, twink, totally smooth, most Asians etc etc, but I would never question whoever likes and is attracted to someone I am not.

If the guy who hired "Mikey" had a great time with him, good for him!

Yes, this guy doesn't look like the image of a gorgeous man or of a stereotypical escort, I would never hire him, but why this need of putting him down or questioning if it's a joke?...

A fried and I have this conversation all the time. I met a guy the other night who had to be the most gorgeous men I've ever seen in person -- physique, looks, and personality -- and I sent his photos to my friend, Dave. He said "yes, he's gorgeous, but he does nothing for me. Now if his head was shaved and he was covered in hair, maybe."

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as the cliche goes.

I do remember my first escort experience hiring a guy in Cleveland. He had -- according to his pics -- a hard, muscular, athletic body which is just what I wanted. When he showed up he had that body alright -- but 10 years later and with a big gut that was bigger than mine. It was a total turn-off.

Call me shallow but when I'm hiring someone I want perfection. Bald, overweight, eyeshadow, high-pitched voices, no personality. Heck, I can find those guys for free!

Iv never hired an escort but if i ever decided too i would want the person too look better than anything i could get for free off of man hunt.

Must say.......the male body has been painted , discussed and appreciated since ancient Greece (and well before I'm sure). The civilized world knows what the standard of male perfection is. It is not Mike !!

It's definitely no joke. He runs an ad with the same pic in a local weekly ad in SE Florida. This ad is too expensive for a joke.

It's in the current issue, November 9. The pages are in thumbnail form. Look toward the back. A new issue goes online tomorrow. If he's not in that, go back one issue.

Guys it really is a matter of different strokes for different folks. Now I wouldn't hire this guy in a million years but that's me. I want the guy I hire to be built like a brick shit house, drop dead handsome, mature, intelligent, and with personality to burn BUT that is me. When I first saw the photo and read the review I was tempted to make a disparaging comment but decided that if the reviewer liked the guy WHY NOT!!!!!

I certainly wouldn't dispute that peoples taste vary greatly, but I do think that it's worth noting that so far, no one has said that they's hire this guy. Leaving room for varying tastes, I think that said a lot.

When I first saw this review I thought the client put his own picture in the review rather than one of the escort.

I am not surprised that someone would hire this man. I am surprised that enough men would hire him to allow him to make a profit. Assuming that he has enough clientele to make it worthwhile for him to continue in this line of work, perhaps there is something more about this man which is not revealed by the reviewer.

In any case, he is a no for me.

IMHO..Who or Whatever Floats your Boat!

BUT with this guy's looks..Why PAY ? When there are many guys who look like him, that will gladly give it away!

At least in NYC I know they are wishing they could on 8th Ave! LOL :)

I agree - after all it's HIS money he's spending, not mine.

But if he describes him as "thin", I'd hate to see what he considers to be chubby.

Any escort that I hire has to be in as good a shape, or better shape than I am. I look after myself and expect anyone who I hire to look after himself, so I would no hire Michael.

Posted

what makes you guys think the reviewer is for real? By that I mean, this seems an obvious case where this guy may have just written this "review" himself. I agree with JT that, even if this guy is your type, why would you pay? You kind find people like him for free pretty much anywhere (except at a gym).

Maybe it's the shallow side of me, but when I hire, I do it to get someone special I would not be able to get at say a bar, bathouse, chatroom, Craigslist or wherever people go to meet others. If you are an average or below average looking guy looking for a guy just like yourself, then it probably isn't too difficult to find for free. I think most guys hire for the fantasy of having someone they can't get through normal channels.
