Same rules, same reaction for me, except maybe stronger in this case given the escort's 'limits'.

I feel that escorts should keep track of time. If I was to go to an RMT he would keep track of the time. When I took music lessons my teacher kept track of the time. If I were to use a suntan booth, the company keeps track of the time. If I play a video game the machine keeps track of the time.

So I totally disagree with the client being the one who keeps track of the time. If an escort can't keep track of the time, then get a timer or some music that will signal when the time is up.
