I have always been "somewhat" mystified by escorts who have a photograph taken of themselves flipping off the camera. Just what are they attempting to communicate? Are they making it perfectly clear what they think of potential clients? Are they thrilled by the potty humor of the gesure and enjoy having such a photograph posted on a public site?

Now lest you think I'm a prude let me say that on certain occasions I think it is a highly appropriate gesture and I have been know to use it myself. I just don't understand how it is appropriate in an escorts ad. The one thing I do know it that I would most likely not hire an escort who posts such an image.

In Atlanta, I came to the conclusion that "southern gentleman" and "southern hospitality" were oxymorons and my impression that other "New South" places tend be the same. Hence, I tend to think this guy is an oxymoron, too. If he was trying for a skater persona, flipping the bird might be okay, but it would work better if he was somewhere like L.A. Beyond all catty bitchiness, I'd have to say that I think I've seen this guy in the ads before, using this name and basing himself someplace in the Tar Heel State.

As far as hooking up with the guys on American Male I've found it hit and miss.
