Hi all,i am writing this in my hotel room at Heathrow airport waiting to fly out to Oz first thing tomorrow ,i am already working to Oz time so its 8.20 am Sunday i am gonna try not to sleep overnight and try to sleep on the plane(that'll be a first ).Thanks to everyone for the tips on jet lag i will drink lots of water and see what happens ,anyway if i cant get thru from Oz i will see you all (metaphorically) on 11/1 ,i am really looking forward to returning to Oz (first time in 7 years )but will miss all the personalities and opinions on here which have become an integral part of my day i just hope if and when i try to log back on i still can !!!>Have fun and be good Andy(and dont forget if you cant be good BE CAREFUL )

I am not sure I follow about being in communicado while in OZ. I live in Sydney[actually flying to London on Monday-look out the window and I'll wave] and visit this website every day. I have contributed to the postings and submitted more than five reviews. So what am I missing?

We are wired for electricity and would have thought the past Olympics had dispelled any remaining thoughts that kangaroos run wild through the major cities.

Did appreciate your post re jetlag. I'm going straight to London and then continue on through the US and back over the Pacific. Around the world fare was much cheaper. Safe journey. Cheers!

How does he know he's first until it's posted? ;-) There could be 10 other guys composing and posting at the same time. And then there's the queue to contend with. If you're queued (and I think Bucky is released from that now but it just happened today), you never know when one of those slimeball moderators may come along and release your post. By then there may be other posts by unmoderated members.

AAGGGGHHHHHHHHH!,aint it just typical,i was checking my e-mail this morning LITERALLY 5 minutes before setting out to the airport and what do i find,a message from Hoo Boy saying i have been un-moderated TYPICAL,,anyway as i have literally one foot out of the door just a VERY quick line and a quick apology to any fine aussies out there i wasnt disparaging oz when i said i might not be able to check in it was just the fact that i might not have TIME to do it,see ya. I will certainly miss BigA while he's gone. But when he comes back ... Well, my rehearsal schedule kept me away for a week at a time twice recently, and when I came back, I felt so swamped trying to catch up that there are still two very long threads that I'm just gonna have to skip even though I've heard they're good ones. So, if he's a completeist in his reading, I hope he can find a hole to plug his (computer) into!
