Odd that you didn't seem to have a problem when first-time reviewers posted equally serious allegations regarding Anthony Holloway. Holloway's actions, as recounted by the reviewers who accused him of inducing them to give him or wire him money for appointments he never kept, also constitute a felony.

 

Is stealing a watch, no matter how valuable, more serious than penetrating a client without his consent? Or barebacking a client without his consent? We've had reviews accusing escorts of both those actions, have we not?

The review was posted, and the escort was given an opportunity to respond (and to have the last word). How is that different from all the other situations in which negative reviews were submitted?

However, as you would expect, I have a few comments.

 

1. I believe Jack Ryan. That's the response of someone who's "mad as hell and they're not going to take it anymore."

 

2. The "reviewer" is a first-timer and the story smells to high heaven.

 

3. If the reviewer is legit, he'll take Jack up on his offers and report back to us as to the outcome. I'm betting this is the last we hear of HollyHillMarc though.

 

4. HooBoy totally fucked up by posting this review. HooBoy says "We go through great lengths to verify the veracity of reviews, however when we do not have the cooperation of the escort, we must proceed with the submissions to maintain the high standards and credibility of the site." Please note he DOESN'T say "Yeah, I spoke with the reviewer and he seemed credible." It appears he didn't get a response back from Jack and went ahead with the "review" anyway. Months ago a friend of mine submitted a positive review and got an email back from HooBoy saying that before it would be posted, HooBoy would have to speak on the phone with him since it was his first review. My friend wasn't interested in a stranger knowing who he was and that he hired hookers. The review was never posted.

 

This "review" should have had a higher degree of vetting than it obviously received and until it's proven to be true, it should be removed and Jack Ryan offered an apology.

 just got a phone call that got me out of bed, and really upset. The review that was posted that falsely accuses me of committing grand theft, stealing a watch, is such fiction I cannot believe you posted it without verifying the meeting. It is such an obvious character assaination and vindictive angry type of lie. It lacks any details, and is emotionally written. It is not based on an actual event, which can be determined by the over the top accusations, and no details of the time, place, what I was wearing, etc. I am so upset that you would be so irresponsible and post something like that. Do you know how serious an accusation that is, it accuses me of committing a felony.Let me give you a few facts which I can support with proof from my personal records, friends and clients. First, I was in the Bay Area for part of November and did two photo shoots and one video. One photo shoot for ALLSTARJOCK.com and a photo and video shoot for Athletic Model Guild posted on Hung.net. So there you can see that my body looks no different than in other projects I have done over the past few years, that I am in shape, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, to discredit this fake review you posted...my body hair is short and trimmed, which shows that this person never in fact met me, since they said it was long and heavy growth. You can verify this with Michael, my boss at Falcon for several years, who now works for Athletic Model Guild, as I have copied this email to him. He wouldn't have allowed the shoot to proceed if I looked like the fake reviewer said I did. I have included pics from this shoot as well, and I can provide you with the whole set if you would like. Also, I didn't have my paid ads active in November since I had just gotten back from Germany, where I made a large amount of money and choose to take time off. I had two houseguests that month who can also verify that I did not see any clients at all, besides one who is also a good friend of mine. I have asked him to provide to you his feelings on my character, since he has known me for three years, and trusted me with his checkbook, credit cards, and other valuable items. This fake reviewer also uses the incorrect cell phone number. He refers to my personal  number, not my work cell phone (310) 409-8005, which provides another clue that this is a personal attack not a professional review of my services. Lets be real here. If someone stole a 7,000 watch, I wouldn't let them leave the room, and would call the police and hold them down. This person wants the readers to believe that he let a $7,000 watch go!? ABSURD! Who would do that? And why would you post something so over the top and so obviously false. This proves my point that your site gives has little credibility, since you allow posts like this that are such fiction and obviously written by someone upset with me for personal not professional reasons. That I have been in the business for about six years and have had a impeccable reputation, and great reviews, doesn't it seem a little suspicious that the last few reviews are all in a close period of time? Your web site standards for posting a review need to be changed. It is pure gossip and no basis in fact. I ask that you take reasonable steps to verify such a serious claim, as you should have in the first place.

-First, ask this person for the date and time we met. I will be happy to provide you with proof with bank records or phone records or whatever you want, since I am 100% positive this meeting never took place

-Second, Ask this person when they called me, and for their phone records showing the call took place. I will provide mine showing no incoming call came at that time. My cell records do shows incoming calls and the time and duration.

-Third, ask what I was wearing and if any thing stood out. I had a calcium deposit removed from under my left eye the first week of November by my dermatologist, and I had a small, but noticeable, mark under my eye which was covered by makeup in the shoots, but not by me ever.

-Forth, Check the clients IP address, and ask if they are on Manhunt.net I have a profile on manhunt.net, and I have received several nasty emails when I tell guys I am not interested. One gentlemen did refer to the review site and made a threat. Is this him? Possibly

-Fifth, Contact this person and tell them I am willing to go to the police station with them and be questioned, and take a lie detector test. I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE. So if this fake clients watch was stolen, he will need to file a police report for insurance reasons, and I demand if such an accusation is made, that the police be allowed to pursue all avenues, so I can be vindicated..

 

I think it is reasonable for me to ask you to do these things. This is such a serious accusation, and anyone who knows me, and where I come from, would find this so crazy and absurd. Since I am 100% innocent of this and know I didn't meet him, I will offer $10,000 to this gentlemen if he can prove he hired me. This person and you are accusing me of being a criminal. I have a clean criminal record, and have never been in trouble or stolen anything. I provide a service for money, and do not hustle anyone or steal. All my past clients will tell you I am not a hustler, I am an legitimate escort. Allowing posting on unsubstantiated lies on your site hurts the credibility of it and you. Many people are coming to see this, as you allow the character assination of good escorts by their ex boyfriends, or someone else with a grudge. It is so unethical that you could allow this to happen. I am a honest person. I cannot please every single man who hires me, but I try, if they meet me half way it works. Some people cannot be pleased and that is fine. But one thing I am not is a thief or a hustler. I am sure when my clients see this they will support me in this. Many I have known for years and developed friendships with and they know I am an honest good person.
