OK, I can't take the suspense any longer......has anyone experienced the newly-returned Toby to Premier? Is he new and improved? The same, only more so? Your question "Is he new and improved?" I hired Toby 3 times before

when he was with Premier and can only ask how can one improve on

PERFECTION? I don't know how anyone could possibly NOT be happy with

him. When I saw on Premier's site that he had returned I immediately

tried to hire him and was told he no longer had a car to drive to

my location.
