Hey, I just discovered this site when it was mentioned in a review today. }( Men4RentNow.com

 

Have I been missing something? Have the escort listings been there for long? I was amazed at the number of guys on there, and equally amazed that I found so many guys I'd never seen listed anywhere before.

What I don't understand is where their income comes from. "We" can view all the escort listings free, there's no charge for escorts to be listed, and I saw no paid advertising. Granted, there is a cost to register on Men4SexNow.com (a "sister" site??) for guys who want to cruise (non-escort situations) and correspond, etc., but how can that pay all the freight on a very nicely designed site?

 

There is one problem with the method of contacting escorts...you enter your email addy (your name and phone # are optional) and it gets sent to the escort, who then contacts you (there's no place to enter a message). I sent 6 emails today, and in 3 of the responses the escorts didn't identify themselves. Just an email response from, for example, "Sexydude@midwestbell.com", saying "Hi, I hear you'd like to rent me sometime?" Unfortunately, the escort doesn't use the name "Sexydude" on the site, so I have idea who he is. x(

 

Anyone here have any 411 or comments?

Men4RentNow... Good idea, good layout, a few flaws-

 

Finding an escort on this site is easy. Pics are plentiful & design is clean. The flawed issue comes with when the contact email is sent to the prospective escort. The sent email contains a short 'form letter' that usually doesn't include the client's name or personal statement. Then the escort then has to send something that looks like an unsolicited email to that client in hopes that he remembers who he was looking at hiring.

 

Not a good system really... Could be though. As with most ad sites out there, it's free for escorts, so i can't complain too much Always nice to have another ad site out there to experiment with.

I agree that that is a design problem with that site. There is no way for a client to communicate anything but his return email address, unless the escort provides personal contact information there. I sent one escort an email via men4rentnow whose profile said to send him an email for a face picture and rate. He sent me a one-line response asking for MY picture and what I was looking for. Needless to say I didn't respond to him.
