So what do folks think of today's review of Danny Rock? He has always been on my "to do" list, but we never actually hooked up. We chatted on the phone once, and he agreed to bottom for me, but then never returned my calls to confirm date and time. I admit something seemed odd about him, but I tempered that with the fact that he was highly recomended by another of my former regulars (the blond Brazilian Matteo who was on Rentboy up until last Fall (who I have lost track of though another regular told me recently he found trolling on AOL and hooked up with him, but I have not mastered that art yet. Ok, here's my experience. I "hired" him when he first appeared on the scene, probably a year or a year and a half ago. I was intrigued by his picture that displayed a huge hard cock. I was in my cocksucking phase of life and had little experience. I wanted a big beautiful perfect cock to chow down on.

 

He was quite accommodating on the phone and arrived at my home pretty quickly. He was pleasant, nice accent, but came across to me as oh so straight. The scenario provided in the review sounds pretty much like someone drugged out. I could see that happening with a guy at odds with what he's doing. I definitely felt Mr. ROck was at odds with his career choice. Just my personal observation.

I looked for the review in question this morning just before writing this response, and it was not posted. The most recent review was from May 20, 2002, even though there is a link from the Newest Reviews page. It was written by HB, who has a long string of previous reviews. The May review is laudatory, although it contains more than a few caveats for one who might want a more completely interactive experience.

This one rings true. Others probably won't, so eager to hear from them. My advice, though, is hire in a hotel, that way the tv is nailed down.

After reading todays review, from a obviously established reviewer here, I feel much better that Danny has not returned my phone calls or e-mails over the last week. Take a look a HooBoys review of him, sounds like a hostile individual.

I saw Danny in September 2000 and reviewed him under the handle UKguy. I found today's review very hard to reconcile with my experiences of Danny (I saw him 3 times in London). He was sweet, fun, interesting to talk to, very energetic and enthusiastic sexually (not at all gay-for-pay) and I thought an all round nice guy. We emailed each other a few times when I'd moved to Australia and before he moved to NYC. I sincerely hope the review is a hoax, as the Danny I knew would not be capable of such behaviour.

Ironically, I called Danny based on Hooboy's review.

After he left and I cleaned up I e-mailed Renn to 1) let him know

what had been said about police activity and 2) to tell him what

happened. He came over on Sunday and saw the damage to chair and

some coffee still on the walls. A nice touch, he brought me flowers

and, as usual, I had a great time. He's out of NY until after Labor

Day but can verify the truth about damage to the apartment.

As it is almost 2 years since you reviewed him, I would suggest that a lot can change in this long a period. Especially if he is getting progressivly more into drugs.

"Cheap Violin" is a regular client of mine. Over the past 2+ years that I have known him (and I do see him regularly), he has been nothing but respectful, generous, and a total gentleman. I can't imagine that he would disrepect anyone, or better, precipitate a situation which would anger Danny Rock. Finally, I assure you, he would not fabricate a review.
