When a provider charges 100% more for just 50% more time*, is it because he prefers not to book 90-minute sessions?

 

*Nico charges $75 for 60 minutes but $150 for 90 minutes.

Possibly because they're not very good at math.

Either not good at math, or they don't like long sessions. I've seen a couple of beginner MT's who charged like this because they didn't have the skills or stamina yet to go longer than an hour. And they would charge less for 60 min to leave you happy within the hour.
