FlexParty in LA, SF, NY and SF

Just came across this on Instagram.  Apparently occasional strip parties in NY, LA, SF and Chicago. Next party seems to be in NY on Sept 19. Has anyone been and can comment?  Is it similar to the old JimmyZ parties that happened at the Faultline in LA - those parties had some big BB stars and quality muscle, like Rusty Jeffers and the black BB who did ass play with a grapefruit (his name escapes me now).
