I own Premier Escorts in Philadelphia and bring in Special Guests on occassion as a little change of pace for our regular clients. Since 9/11 I've had quite a number of requests from escorts in NYC that want to come visit Philly, as business in The Big Apple has been a bit off lately.

 

Recently Marco Rossi contacted me about visiting Premier. I know he commands a $250 - $300 rate per hour and I informed him I can't get that kind of money for him in Philly. The cost of living here is much lower in Philly, salarys are much lower therefore, escorts rates are much lower. I told him we usually ask $200 for Special Guests minus our commission. He said he would go for it as long as we kept him busy.

 

Now I remember seeing "not so great" reviews about him on this site so I did some research. He has 7 reviews posted - 4 positive and 3 negative. I've also asked a few of my past guests that also dance at The Gaiety and they've said that whenever they worked with him there, he seemed to not get along with the rest of the guys. Always had a bit of an attitude towards them and was quite "into" himself.

 

Most of the negative reviews on him were about his attitude and the fact that he claimed he was versatile and then when it came time to get down to business he did Nothing!

 

When I spoke with him on the phone he said he could be versatile, top or bottom. Said that he "really looks good - but then again, that's my business - To Look Good!"

 

His pics are unbelievably HOT and I know my clients would love him if he IS indeed what he SAYS he is. Does anybody have any experience or past history with Marco Rossi?

I can't help with the first-hand info you want, but from a different angle: I have lusted for Marco from the time he first began working in porn. He had such an appealing look then, and I liked his Jersey accent too.

 

Unfortunately as I was about to make an appointment with him the first red signals began to appear on his attitude and performance. I wondered if I was willing to pay so much to simply look, perhaps touch here and there, but have everyting "at a distance". The answer was NO.

 

Now that he has bulked up quite a bit, I am less interested - though this would be a plus for other clients.

 

I do hope some clients who have seen him recently can give more hands-on information. You might check comments also on MuscleService.

 

Good luck. AND do NOT... please... raise prices as in NY - some of us are willing more than ever to visit the City of Brotherly Love because it is more user friendly and reasonable price-wise.

Nick, I have no first-hand experience but I can tell you he has a diva reputation in the porn world.

 

Even his agent has said in public that his much-talked-about "comeback" film probably will never happen because nobody particularly wants to work with him, he asks for way too much money, and when they offer it he turns it down.

 

For an *agent* to say something like that on a public message board, well, I'd say the handwriting is on the wall. I think they'd ceased working together so there may have been sour grapes, but read between the lines.

 

On the other hand, the late Jason Patrick (prolific porn auteur) waxed absolutely poetic about him whenever he was mentioned.

This is not a knock at agencies in general, but I wonder why someone with a "name" like Marco would want to work for an agency when he travels. Is there no place to advertise independently in Philly?

I have never met the man, and frankly like has already posted he is now to big for my tastes.

 

Having said that I can tell you his reputation sucks. I can relay this since it has been posted elsewhere, but he WAS supposed to be in the new Blly Herrington video Conquored. the story goes that he asked Billy to get him a role so he could make a comeback. none of the money peopke wanted Marco but as a friend Billy gave them a personal guarantee. Marco backed out at the last momnet saying he was "sick"

 

Now again I have never met the man, and I also believe folks can turn their lives around. However, having said that, you also have to think about your buisness as well. If he was independent he is only hurting himself, but here if he screws up it hurts you and your income. So I would suggest if you do hire him you get some kind of guarantee in the back!

 

On the other hand this could be completly fabricated information, but it is out there.

Why bother with a guy who clearly has a checkered past when there are so many hunky Canadians from Montreal or Toronto working at the Gaiety in NYC? You've brought a few of them to Philly before (Donovan comes to mind), why not grab some of these guys for our fair city? Well, I am sure there are some guys in Philly who are into muscle worship. Some of your other guests seem to be striclty "trade" as well...I don't see why Marco is any different.

 

I miss the porn stars that come through Philly...I hired Erik York (1996) and he was FABULOUS! I also hired Steve Maverick (96 as well I think) and he was lousy.

 

It's always a crap shoot with escorts and your agency is no different. You have some true gems there...and some rotten eggs IN MY OPINION! But I would imagine a big name like Marco Rossi would draw some guys.

 

And I agree with the other guys - he is WAY too big for my taste - I would've hired him back in his slimmer, more toned days - muscles do nothing for me.

I am glad to help you out on this, as I have used your services and had an opportunity to engage the services of Marco Rossi, while I was on a business trip in NYC.

 

Marco is extremely muscular and a good looking hunk. We only engaged in muscle worship, which he told me ahead of time. I did not mind this restriction of only muscle service, as I had wanted to see Marco. (I asked if he engaged in other activities and he said no.)

 

Marco was very friendly. He talked about New York and his career. I had read some of the negatives reviews on him and was pleasantly surprised by his positive attitude. (He did at times show his New York side with comments like "I look great - don't I?")

 

Overall, I would recommend him for Premier and I would be willing to setup appointments with him through Premier. I suggest that you confirm what exactly Marco is willing to get involved into; if it is only muscle worship, Marco should tell you. I would be surprised if Marco is really going to get into being a "top or bottom".

I am sorry that I didn't see Nick's posting earlier. I have known Marco for years from the time he began his career in videos.

 

Marco is a sweet, fun guy. If he is too big for you know, well, I cannot help that. Different strokes and all. He is one of the guys with the genetics and the gains from his programs that has encouraged him to get very big.

 

My great criticism of Marco, and it is not new, is that Marco is a bit of a flake. Most babies are born in 9 months; I assume Marco had the gestation period of an elephant and has been running late ever since. He has stood me up more than once. He always calls back eventually and seems sincerly sorry, but it's a hit on my self-esteem to be left waiting when I am prepared to pay. Ayone who is going to hire Marco for an out of town engagement has to build in time for the fact that he misses planes, trains and automobiles with some frequency.

 

The other problem for me has been that when I met Marco, he was a fantastic kisser and gave phenomenal head. As time went on, the kissing went away and he moved down the spectrum from affectionate and oral more to total trade. Disappointing for me, but it's fine if he is up front with agencies and clients as to his limits. A promise you anything, but deliver much less attitude is terrible.

 

This is not based on personal knowledge, but I suspect that Marco's business is not as good as it was not too long ago. The first class airline bookings and limousines just to worship his admittedly impressive body may have dried up and now he is seeking income from more conventional means such as dancing at the Gaiety or from other agencies. In fact, if an agency can keep him organized, it would probably be doing him a huge favor. It may also mean that he has to do a bit more than pose to make ends meet. It may be some people's fantasy, but it's not a pretty picture to me that it is only financial desparation that would get Marco back on his knees with those full lips wrapped around .... well, you get the idea.

 

I know this message is a mixed bag of comments, but that kind of summarizes Marco for me. Always sweet to me and good company, but with that comes some unreliability and shifting standards of allowable activities.

Thank you for the wonderful clip of Marco Rossi. I saw him at WET in Washington, during the Millenium March, and it was the most spectacular show that I had ever seen. He looked a bit older than the clip, but his body was even more massive and hard. Just having him brush by me as he jumped off the stage was memorable, and though I don't get into scenes that are just muscle worship, for him, I would make an exception, particularly at Philly prices...I got very jealous of the some of the other guys in the room, when he would snatch their hats or pour their beer over his body. I was fortunate enough to see Marco at the Nob Hill Theatre in the spring of 2000 and he was magnificent. He danced well and was very personable to audience members.
