We found that a lot of guys in Mexico use condoms because PrEP isn't easily accessible. I suspect it's similar in Brazil. And if he's visiting or here on a tourist visa, he may not have access to healthcare or know where to get free or inexpensive PrEP. Or he isn't even looking because he's used to condoms. 

I'm fine with guys who use condoms or guys who don't because I'm on PrEP.
