BiNudeVoyage Posted Friday at 01:09 AM Posted Friday at 01:09 AM Hello everyone, so I’m starting my journey for weight loss I’m 5 foot 10 and weight 330lbs. My goal is to get to 180 or so. I do have a goal for my physique in the end but it’s not a standard muscular build as my main goal is to be more comfortable in my own body. i like to crossdress and wear feminine clothes, lingerie etc when wearing work clothes I plan to try and look male and have shoulders that fill out my clothes but I will be doing my best to have a more feminine physique when nude as I’d like to have a flat stomach and a tight waist and nice butt and hips and thighs. i am reaching out here as i plan to post my progress over the months and i am also looking for any pointers for diets and exercise help as i want to get healthier. id also be open to any insight for skin care routine to have better smoother firm skin. anyway, thats my post feel free to comment here or reach out to me if you have any ideas or recommendations. marylander1940 and TonyDown 1 1

TonyDown Posted Friday at 09:59 PM Posted Friday at 09:59 PM When I quit smoking, many years ago, I needed a lot of help. One piece that stuck with me was to remind myself, during urges, "what do you really want?" I wanted to be a non-smoker. That might sound glib to many, but I found it helpful. Sounds like you outlined your goals, "what you really want." If you find yourself wanting a snack, perhaps you can fill the void with a tall glass of water. If you are able, keep moving. Perhaps get a pair of walking shoes and take walks. Good luck! + nycman 1

There are many different factors when it comes to weight loss. In general it is diet and exercise. The main thing to do with diet is to cut out processed foods, alcohol and sugar. Eating protein and good fat tends to be the formula for success. I try to limit my carbs to fruits and vegetables. No breads or pastas. As far as working out, start slow. I try to do around 200 minutes of cardio a week and lift weights about four days a week. I think the key to weight loss is the mentality. It is a lifestyle and don't get overwhelmed by it. I wish you luck. I'm sure you will do well.
Tetsu Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I lost almost 60lbs in the past eight months and have gained some muscle as well. My goals are a standard fit gym bro look, lol. Just to preface, everyone's bodies, habits, lifestyles are different so what worked for me, might not work for you but I found the following helpful: Calculate how many calories your body needs to maintain, lose, or gain weight first. There are many online calculators that can give you a rough idea. That's your starting point. Be okay eating the same food everyday, it makes the process smoother and you're less likely to fall off the wagon. Meal prep (related to the one above). You'll have less decision fatigue. Choose meals that are easy to prepare. Input your calories into MyFitnessPal or some sort of calorie tracking app. You need to know how much you're eating in order to lose the weight. Be okay with being hungry. This will be tough, especially in the beginning. Gym x 3 to 4 times a week. You don't need to lift too heavy if you're looking for a more feminine look, but doing some lifting will tone your body up as the fat drops off. There are plenty of online programs you can follow. You don't need to spend hours in the gym, usually 45 minute session will do. If you're going to have a "cheat" meal, make it one with friends or family and limit it to only ONE meal (not day) per week. You will see results if you're consistent with it, but you have to track and continue to do this and to maintain this. This is a lifestyle change.
+ SirBillybob Posted 58 minutes ago Posted 58 minutes ago (edited) With one central goal that of being healthier, every 5 pounds, arguably every pound if not quibbling about plus/minus fluctuation, is genuinely meaningful. Every consecutive 5 pounds eliminated also represents an increasingly greater percentage of each iteration of baseline weight. I only say this because I and others have found the idea of small attainable increments of change to be helpful. I also found that getting formal coaching … there are variations to this type of support, of course … helped me to avoid RSVPing to my own pity parties and then enduring the regret of a lapse. One particularly life-changing bodywork endeavour spanned three years, but with added challenging and cheering on from sources external to my own self-talk. It turned out that occasionally asserting to myself that I could not do the hard thing was entirely off the mark. Such a time period seems endless until realizing at the end that it flew by. There is no lack of information on the means to progressively losing weight and achieving the desired changes. It rests on perseverance. Edited 50 minutes ago by SirBillybob
