Muscle Fantasy Massage in Baltimore

Came across a provider on Scruff with the name Muscle Fantasy (no Rent.men or Rentmassuer profile that I could find) and his rates sounded a bit too good to be true, and I've never seen him in this area before as a service provider. I'm skeptical that he's real because he requires the total price at time of booking. 

Just checking to see if people have actually hired this guy before

Definitely too good to be true.  AND remember NEVER EVER give any provider money up front, you can be almost guaranteed it is a fake ad ....

Seems to go to be true...Where does it say where he is based...I would not pay in advance and since he cites 9 so-called positive reviews, why does he need payment in advance?
