Ad says it was created in 2017, but stated age is 26, so was 17 when created ad?

Still has many 5 start reviews, and first reviews were left in 2019. Also, images are corroborated by linked Instagram account. 

But does it seem too good to be true? The words Luxury or Model or XL in an ad is an indication of an inflated rate card, but all three? Wow!
