I had to block him unfortunately.

Reached out the first time he was visiting NYC. It took a while to get a response but eventually he did. He seemed willing to set up something with me so we planned for a quick visit while he's in the area. The day before, I texted him to confirm our appointment and that I would need to at least hear back by that night, otherwise I'd have to cancel. No response from him until the next day at our appointment time. He apologized, claimed that he had a crazy night and just woke up. Sure, that's no problem to me. We rescheduled for the next time he'd come to NYC.

He came back up this weekend and I confirmed with him two days prior. He only responded with a yes and didn't follow up with me when I asked if he could confirm where in the city his hotel was, so that I can plan my day around that. Come the day scheduled, ghosted. Now, we already exchanged face pics from our first try and I he was on the apps early that morning AND during our scheduled time. Took that as my cue to move on with my day, ended up filling in that time with someone else I met anyway. 

So idk, either he's a catfish (possible but unlikely imo b/c he's on the apps and he posts on IG) or he's not good with confirming plans and letting people know if he needs to cancel. 🤷‍♂️

I'm just a little apprehensive sharing his IG in case he is real, because his RM profile doesn't show his face. I just happened to realize I followed him already when we exchanged face pics. So I'd rather not potentially ruin his privacy.

He reached out to me because I initially contacted him months ago about meeting. I totally forgot about him until he messaged me that he's visiting NYC and wanted to set something up. I messaged him what I was into and then he ghosted me. Initially I thought what I asked for was way to adventurous for him hence why he didn't respond. He replied to me a few days ago after his trip ended and said his roommate didn't feel comfortable with people over. Based off the schedule on RM, he had a trip planned again to NYC in early October but he recently removed that. With the way he looks, I won't be surprised he's all over the apps.
