I find bad reviews need to be scrutinized to see how valid they are. In the two bad ones for this provider I can understand the clients may have had an issue with the proceedings. One was a failure to bring in a second provider and the other a wrangle over a deposit. 
But to then say the pics are not accurate when all the positive reviews state they are, then this is just being vindictive and not truthful.
