I have come to realize that not everyone responds in real time. Unless you're a teenager.

Just to add, I was very interested in meeting up with him, and even rented a hotel room in NYC because neither of us was able to host. The day we were supposed to meet, which was a week ago, he ghosted me and I still haven't heard from him despite telling him I had spent money on a hotel in advance.
