Garotocomlocal blocking?

I was looking at profiles on garotocomlocal on the 23rd. Now I can't access any of them. I can get the profile listings but ALL individual profiles now result in the attached screen. I don't run a VPN. Are they now geo-blocking? (I'm in Canada)
