+ Lucky Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Well, I'd like a nice new phone for free, but the offers sure are confusing. My deal with T-M was an over-55 offer for $30 a month, with $5 off for auto-pay. Now it is $50 a month. They insist it was never $30 but they lie. So that upsets me, but they also had a deal with MLB.TV that ended last month. They never informed me of that either. The new phone offers are quite confusing. As I recall, in the past they just gave a new phone to you when you switched to them. It's value was deducted over the contract. So, if anyone has recent info on this, please let me know. Thanks!
+ Lucky Posted April 13 Author Posted April 13 I answered my own question. Yes, switch. T-Mobile had given me an over-55 rate of $30 a month, but now claim it is $56. I can't trust my phone company nor my insurance company (State Farm). + Charlie 1
TonyDown Posted Thursday at 08:45 PM Posted Thursday at 08:45 PM Some tell me the reception is the same for all mobile service. My experience with TMobile was not good. Perhaps they have leveled up their coverage by now. No matter. I doubt I would return to them. + Lucky 1
maninsoma Posted Saturday at 02:07 AM Posted Saturday at 02:07 AM Switch to US Mobile, an MVNO that allows you to use Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile, and allows you to switch amongst them if you find the one you chose doesn't have good coverage where you are. (I think you can also pay extra to have access to more than one network at a time.) Current promo price for the first year for a single network is about $25/month (which includes all fees and taxes) if you prepay one year. + Lucky 1
