Asked for 1/4 of meeting rate as deposit (fine), then asked for the full rate as deposit a few days before. Then asked for another 100 as a deposit right before, cancelled when I wouldn't give it, and said no refunds. A lesson in not giving deposits to unreviewed guys.

Very sorry that this befell you. This is an example of one of my red lines with deposits- I never give a deposit to someone who has no reviews.

Yikes, not a good idea indeed to send a deposit to a provider with zero reviews and a new ad. I wonder if he's even actually traveling to where he's stating he is on his ad or just moving from city to city asking for deposits.

He did show me a copy of the plane ticket but that could have been faked
