Perms for White Men in Fort Lauderdale

This is an alien concept for me since I don’t have enough hair to care

Last week I was in Detroit with @Ashertyson69 and he wanted a perm.  Everywhere he called said they wouldn’t do white men….i didn’t know that was an issue   

So this week, Asher is joining me and @SamR in Wilton Manors and we are hoping this group can guide us into where he can go to get this done

Recommendations?

And why is this difficult for a white man to have done?
