This is a very confusing site

I can't make sense of this site. There seem to be two subforums with reviews serving the same propose, and there seems to be no way to view things based on locality. It's just a huge list of providers across the country. 

Am I missing something?

The "Spa" is for massage only. 

The "Deli" is for sexual services.
