Filtering Who Can Send You DMs?

Hey, does anyone know if there’s a way to filter who can send you direct messages? I keep getting guys DMing me with questions that are literally already answered in my post. The questions themselves are fine for the forum, so I’m not sure why they need to be in DMs.

I don’t mind at all when members who actually contribute to the forum message me with more specific stuff that isn’t meant for public posts. But guys with 2 or 3 posts asking nonsense… yeah, not loving that 😅

I was hoping there might be a way to only allow DMs from members with like 100 or 500+ posts. Not sure if that’s a thing, but figured I’d ask.

While there may be a way to block specific individuals, I don't think there's a way to block an entire category of member based on his number of posts or status (Grand Master, etc.)

I share your annoyance with members who constantly ask but never provide useful information publicly themselves.  I've taken the approach to respond with a standard, "Hello.  Before I share more details with you, can you share some helpful public reviews of the men you've hired so far?". That stops them from messaging me again; and, I hope it encourages them to be an asset and contribute.
