Has anybody any details of this guy, no reviews and just wondering as there are many reports of Vegas escorts being unreliable,

I live in Las Vegas. I rarely use local escorts and so my information is limited. However, the only one that I know of which is to be avoided for sure is Hunter Layne aka Shane Dylan. He has, I believe, 1 doz. negative reviews. I hired him (several years before discovering this site) and my experience was as horrible as all the others.

Can't agree more about the comment on Hunter/Shayne. I have also had horrible experiences with him under both names. I was too stupid the second time to make the connection until he arrived at my room and I sent him packing. Real con artist. With the likes of Tony Dancer, Zachery Scott, Alec Powers etc in Las Vegas why risk a romp with a somewhat tainted character.

I'd suggest you stick to the escorts listed here with favorable reviews. From my experience, the Las Vegas reviews are accurate. There are some guys to avoid but this site has them well-documented.

My own L.V. experiences are mixed. I hired one guy based on positive reviews here and elsewhere and it was an absolute disaster. I even wrote a scathing review later, but he talked me out of having it published before it went up (and I stupidly went along with this). Subsequently giving him a second chance I realized I had been BADLY suckered.

 

Best advice I ever got was from another escort who I ended up flying IN for a 24-hour. He was what made the weekend for me. I tried to arrange local talent for three weeks prior but must have been in town with a convention or two and no one "reputable" seemed to be available.

Vegas has always been hit-or-miss.

 

On my first visit to Vegas many years ago, I made the BIG mistake of calling one of those agencies in the rags they hand out on the strip. HUGE MISTAKE.

 

My next visit was much more auspicious. Websites had started to pop up and I found a blond, twinkish/jockish bottom boy who charged me for an hour and stayed for four. He got quite a tip!

 

JR looks cute, but without reviews I'd be wary. Still, someone has to be the first to review him. If I had limited time, I'd read the reviews here and hire from them. If I had extra time, I might consider audtioning a new guy. He might just be fantastic, but we won't know until someone tries him out.

I have to agree that most of the "reputable" escorts are sometimes very difficult to book. There are some reasons for this.

 

1. Many of the more established reputable escorts do not take very many new clients.

2. Some of the reputable escorts travel a great deal.

3. Some just do not take very many clients.

4. Some come in and out of the business or stick to a handful of regular clients.

5. It is rare for many escorts to take new clients at the last minute.

 

There have been a rash of new escorts over the last few weeks showing up in the chat rooms. There have been a lot more new "escorts" needing to get the rent paid.

 

In the past there was a problem with escorts writing their own reviews and either posting the review or having a client post the review. There is still a problem with some escorts asking clients to post prices that are not true prices.

 

I do not charge escorts to be on my site and all of the information on my sites except the adult galleries is free (that is mostly because I cannot afford the bandwidth costs of having free adult galleries). The escorts are required to follow certain business practices such as:

 

1. They must quote the same hourly and two hour rate to all clients.

2. They may not hustle for tips or charge different prices for different services.

3. They cannot bad mouth other escorts to clients.

4. They must act professionally with other escorts (meaning if they say they will show up to see a client, they show up).

5. They must act honestly with clients and other escorts.

6. The escort must be honest in advertising.

7. I have met everyone on the Las Vegas site and they have personally assured me they will follow those rules. This includes visiting escorts.

 

I certainly cannot say these rules are followed 100%, but it is pretty close.

 

There are a lot of new escorts in Las Vegas sitting in the chat rooms. Most are pretty green or just look for clients when the rent is due. Neither scenario is necessarily bad, but it is best to take some time exchanging e-mails or IMs before setting something up out of the blue.

 

80% or more of the regular and repeat clietele in Las Vegas comes from visitors. The number of clients has increased over the last several years The real money is to be made with the repeat client who visits Las Vegas 1 to 6 times a year or more. This means the new client or the one time client is really at a disadvantage when coming to Las Vegas. First, it is hard to book an established escort and second the choices left are the new escorts or the scammers.

 

The "reputable" escorts in Las Vegas regard the safety and pleasure of the visiting client to be their number one concern. All too often the reputable escorts in Las Vegas have lost business because a client was scammed once and chose never to hire another escort.

 

We certainly hope everyone will have the opportunity to visit Las Vegas soon...we'll keep the light on.
