Companion here but, first step is to acknowledge and recognize individual escort boundaries and things they may have to contend with. Versus dismissing them as unimportant or placing all the blame on the sex worker. 
 

Be open to different perspectives, don’t lump everyone into the same category, and don’t expect all escorts to be willing to take the same level of risk. Accept others experiences as valid, and have an open mind to change. Don’t be crabby, clownish, or condescending when communicating with escorts. If you want our services, check the profiles and be willing to follow directions. 
 

All basic stuff but, all ways to prevent a situation from becoming mismanaged.
