I've seen him this month and can confirm that he looks just like the pic below. He looks a little younger in person actually. The only difference is his hair is a little longer now and his salt and pepper grey beard is more trim. But his body is in TIP TOP shape ... the body pics are 100% accurate!

Your assessment of Shane is 100% accurate - his sessions are great….if he doesn’t cancel on you 5 minutes before it starts.
