Diane Ladd was only on the show for a short period. Only one of the nine seasons. Allegedly she couldn't get along with Linda Lavin.
With Ladd's passing, almost all of the stars of Alice are now gone.  Many of them very recently:

Linda Lavin (Alice) - died December 29, 2024
Polly Holliday (Flo) - died September 9, 2025
Diane Ladd (Belle) - died November 3, 2025
Philip McKeon (Tommy)  - died December 10, 2019
Beth Howland (Vera) - died December 31, 2015
Vic Tayback (Mel) - died May 25, 1990
