BuffaloKyle Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Not surprising as he's the kicker who hit the 70 yd field goal this past preseason. Since it was preseason it doesn't count in the record books: https://youtu.be/2Ofwp5x65C0?si=MvRJWhIHFUlqGgdy + Charlie 1

Usually to get that much distance, the kicker has to go for a really low trajectory, which is why so many 60+ yard FG attempts get blocked. But Cam Little managed to get so much height and length on that kick that he cleared the defensive line and the goalposts both with plenty of margin. That is astonishing. + Charlie 1
Johnrom Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago They let the kickers bring their own balls now that not the game. They changed the rules from before. The nfl used to provide the ball in the game. Apparently makes a big difference, like ten extra yards some say. Not really great for the game if kickers making theses crazy long field goals now. + Charlie 1
BuffaloKyle Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago At some point I think they'll shorten the distance between the field goal posts. The one problem though is when you would get to a bad weather game that'll really make it impossible to hit a field goal. + Charlie 1
