Tasting History-Chef Boyardee's Original Sauce

I just came across this web series. While watching, I was thinking-gosh is this guy handsome or what.
 

The answer is YES!!! I then looked him up. And I found out he's gay!!!! (and married 😢)

Also confession time. I still eat Chef Boyardee spaghetti and ravioli. I won't say they're my favorite meal in the whole wide world. But I still enjoy them. A restaurant in Seattle named 13 Coins used to have a combined spaghetti and ravioli dish although they don't anymore. But using them as inspiration, I will often combine a can of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti with a can of his ravioli. It's a great lunch. Sometimes I'll fix garlic bread with it.

I love the tasting history series too. And Max Miller’s bright smile and eyes absolutely melt me.

My mom made Chef Boyardee pizza, which came in a box.  I remember enjoying the tangy sauce and thin crust.

Ultimately Mom transitioned to making pizza entirely from scratch.

I still love pizza at home, from scratch.❤️

My Mom made it too. I think it was the sausage pizza in a green box.  She would add extra mozzarella to it. It was delicious!!

Ours was plain cheese pizza.  Mom added her own mozzarella and also added other toppings.

My Mom made the  Chef Boyardee pizza too.  We were always excited when she did.

We were an Appian Way family because my father was an artist working on Armor-Dial ads. Armor, who made the mix, would drop off cases of the stuff for the employees of the art studio where he worked. By the time my mother was finished doctoring it up, it was a completely different pizza.

So funny I found this thread as I bought a can of chef boyardee beefaroni for fun as it's been forever since I had some. Was the sauce always so watery or is that just how it is now.
