The saunas in the burbs of Santiago had losts of action, but really no escorts. The saunas downtown were much grimier with older dudes, but had some hustlers in them. The staff (which were majors woofs) could be bought (at way low prices) at the big gay disco (I don't remember the name - but I'll look it up for you), but you had to wait until things slowed down around 3 or 4 am.
