San Juan, Puerto Rico: What is the scene like these days?

I’m thinking of going to pride next week. I have heard about SX but don’t know much about it. I would also like to know about whether any of the bars have lap dances.

I want am few years ago and was empty. I was the only person. No dancers. Maybe I went on an off night

following up, I went to Oasis.  They had around 7 attractive men dancing in the small bar.  For extra, you could take one behind a shear curtain and dance more enthusiastically, but there was no nudity and not that much touching. A nice experience but I doubt I would repeat.

 

Several people said to stay away from SX. It apparently has a dark room in which you can’t see anything, and I was told it was firty and smelly.  I didn’t experience it first hand, so I don’t know if that was accurate.

As the title suggests, I'm curious what San Juan has in terms of gay strip clubs, clubs with male gogo dancers, etc. Is there anyone who's been there recently who can share their experience?

Bozo went to SX last winter. Technically, the club is in Santurce, but it's only about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach resort area in Condado.
The place was dark and dank. It had an almost dungeon-like feel to it. Just like Grandpa's lab in the Munster House, except glasses of beer lined the countertops instead of test tubes. It was dead till around midnight when a few dancers strolled in. Bozo didn't find any of them particularly handsome or well built.
Bozo felt safe at all times, though the immediate area around the club is a bit sketchy. Just take normal precautions, and you'll be fine.

Unless things change, would not repeat.
