Häagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream, and good quality chocolate milk are my biggest sugar temptations. I was happy to find this brand of the milk because it only has 12 grams of sugar per serving. (I ignore the fact that I drink the whole bottle.) Most chocolate milk has about 25-28 grams of sugar per serving.

So, imagine my surprise today to discover chocolate milk with only 2 grams of sugar! That would be okay for a diabetic! It's called Dairy Pure Milk 50 and is lactose free as well. They use sucralose for sweetening. So I tried it, but sadly it doesn't have much of a chocolate taste and will not do for me. Sigh.

Type 1 diabetic, and I haven't had chocolate milk in years, but liked the Nesqwik sugar free powder.   Tasted just the stuff with sugar.   I think they also have it in sugar freein ready to drink.   Since being on a pump I just have the stuff with real sugar and just bolus for it.
