Are there garoto type saunas in Tijuana?

I will be traveling to Tijuana soon. 

I know that the city is not known for being a safe city.  However, the city does have Uber which should cut down on a lot of street muggings going from one location to another.  

Does anyone know of any gay saunas or similar  establishments in Tijuana?

Last time three of us were in Tijuana, our "street mugging" was perpetrated by local cops.

OMG! Can you please elaborate? Because I am thinking to go Tijuana as well but I have heard bad things about cops there.

We had left a strip club and were on the bridge leading to the US border. There were dozens of people walking as well, but three cops went right past a group of drunks and stopped us. They did a body search and let us go. Minus the $60 in cash one of us had in his pocket.

Terrible.  However, at least they did not physically harm any of you.  

Maybe I will re=think my anticipated Tijuana trip.
