Escorts on Drugs

I recently exchanged a series of e-mails and had a conversation with Lee, an excort in New Orleans. We agreed on a time and a place for a meeting. When I talked to Lee on the phone after arriving in New Orleans, I could tell that he was spaced out on drugs. Lee is 19. I told him to forget it.

 

In Boston, I had a similar experience with Aaron, also 19, an escort who has subsequently disappeared from view. He was totally spaced out when I met him.

 

I'm wondering if others have had similar experiences with some of the younger escorts. (Or older escorts?)

 

Is it your belief that drugs are the major reason that so many of the younger escorts disappear so quickly?

It might be more accurate to say that drugs are sometimes one of the reasons these young guys get into escorting in the first place - i.e. to pay for an existing habit. :-(

 

The mere whiff of drug use (even poppers) is enough to drive my custom elsewhere.

yes, some go into escorting to pay for the habit, but I think of these as mostly the street hustler types.

 

when someone falls prey to the drug habit, you can see a change in attitude and behavior. sad is the day, and it has been thus, that a really nice person suddenly decided they like coke better than the real things of life.

I met a kid once who was also obviously escorting to pay for his drug habit. I met him at his dirty little apartment and I could smell the marijuana. I went through with the appointment anyway but regretted it afterwards. He had a fantastic body and managed to be hard throughout, but it was pretty hard to communicate with him. He also was kind of smelly which also didn't help. That was several years ago now... I try to stay away from the guys who are obviously on drugs too, and I also avoid smokers as much as I can which is actually becoming easier these days than it used to be.

Some guys escort in order to pay for their drugs, but others have to take drugs in order to perform as escorts. I don't think age has much to do with either case: I have encountered escorts from early 20s to late 40s who used drugs before or during an appointment. Depending on the drug and other cues I pick up on, I may stop the scene if I feel I can't trust the escort to behave responsibly, and I certainly wouldn't use him again.

I've found the older escorts who like to "party" tend to be more seasoned with drugs. It can often be very difficult to tell which ones do unless they're honest about it which as many of us know is not the case with escorts about lots of things. Depending on the person, an escort can keep his habit hidden very well. Sometimes there are signs you can pick up on that the escort is doing drugs. You may notice a complete sudden change in mood or a radically changing mood from being way "down" to way "up". Typically escorts are going to be "up" when you see them meaning you may never catch them "down". If he is suddenly very hyper and full of energy that can be a warning sign. You'll pick up on their sharp jerky movements and they usually don't have normal eye contact. They may be talking to you while their eyes are looking somewhere else or darting. Those are just some clues but it's still tough to know for sure cause some are absolute pros at fooling their clients.
